1. How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
The delivery time depends on your location. In Germany, the delivery time is usually 3-5 working days. In the European Union, delivery usually takes 5-10 working days, and worldwide it can take up to 10-20 working days. More information can be found in our shipping policy.

2. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery on the shipping provider's website.

3. What do I do if my item is damaged or defective?
If your item is damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will offer you a solution, which may include either a return, exchange or refund.

4. Can I change or cancel my order later?
Because we make our products especially for you, we start production immediately after receiving your order. Changes or cancellations are therefore only possible as long as the order is not yet in production. Please contact us as soon as possible if you want to make changes.

5. How can I return an item?
You may return your order within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please see our Returns Policy for more details.

6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal and other payment methods specified on the website.

7. Do you offer gift vouchers?
We do not currently offer gift cards. However, we are continually working to expand our offering and may add this option in the future.
