At Ganja Shirt, we value your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund options:

Refund policy:

1. Refund eligibility
   To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned within 30 days of receipt. The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

2. Non-refundable items
   Products that are personalized or customized cannot be refunded unless they are defective or damaged.

3. Refund procedure
   Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to inform you of the status of your refund.

   • If the refund is approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to the original method of payment. This may take up to 14 business days.

4. Partial refunds
   In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted, for example for items with obvious signs of use, damaged packaging or incomplete returns.

5. Shipping costs
   Shipping costs for returning the item will not be refunded unless the item is faulty or damaged.

6. Payment delays
   If you have not received your refund after 14 days, please first check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company or bank as there may be a processing time before the refund is officially posted.
