Right of return

Thank you for shopping at Ganja Shirt. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return conditions:

1. Return period
   You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason.

2. Conditions for return
   To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

3. Non-refundable items
   Personalized or customized products are non-returnable unless they are faulty or damaged.

4. Refunds
   Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of the refund. If the refund is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original method of payment within 14 days.

5. Shipping costs
   Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the item was damaged or defective upon receipt.
